Marshalltown Life Chain "Need to Know"

So that we can have a safe Life Chain every year we ask that you please follow these simple instructions to keep yourself and others safe while attending Life Chain.

• For safety, please cross at crosswalks and stoplights.

• DO NOT block driveways, streets, or entrances/exits to buildings or homes.

• Please stay off lawns and out of the streets.

• Please stand approximately 10 feet apart and hold your poster.

• This is a PRAYER VIGIL, Please use the hour to pray for an end to abortion.

• PARENTS PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CHILDREN. Traffic is very near to where we will be standing for the hour.

• If you encounter opposition, please REMAIN CALM. Do not argue, detain, or touch anyone. Ignore any vulgar comments and/or antagonistic remarks. Do not respond to insincere questions. (These situation's are rare and do not occur often.)
